Scullions Road to lights,

Turn left on to Mallusk road to set of lights,

Turn right and go up Hightown Road until T Junction at top ,

Then turn right drive 50 Yards to unmarked lane on right hand side,

Turn down lane and Novatech Studios is 100 yards on left hand side.
